In 2018, during the Shanghai BMW Exhibition, we encountered a European customer with a troubling experience. They had previously sourced products from a company in Shandong, enticed by low prices. However, upon receiving the goods, they discovered a significant gap in quality compared to the provided samples. To exacerbate matters, the supplier ceased communication, leaving the customer stranded with both inferior products and substantial financial losses. This unfortunate incident highlighted the risks associated with prioritizing price over quality and reliability.

Seeking to rectify their situation, the customer embarked on a journey to China in search of a dependable supplier, prioritizing trustworthiness over cost considerations. It was during this search that they crossed paths with us at the exhibition. Recognizing the importance of establishing trust and reliability in business relationships, we invited the customer to visit our factory on the event's final day.

Since then, our partnership has flourished, with transaction volumes consistently averaging around ten shipping containers.
