In June 2020, the QIBR INFO mailbox received an inquiry from a one-stop proficient trader and service provider for various fields of fluid mechanics such as hydraulics, Automation (Industrial Mobile Marine), fuel injection systems in Qatar , saying that they were purchasing bearings for a government project, need the best price and quality. Through communication with the customer, we learned that the bearings in this project are mainly used in forklift cylinders.
The spherical plain bearings produced by QIBR can be used for the installation of the steering axle connecting rod pin of the forklift power steering cylinder and the lifting eye pin hole of the tilt cylinder. Its sliding contact surface is an inner spherical surface and an outer spherical surface, which can rotate and swing at any angle during movement.
