A large mining equipment supplier in the Middle East came to us for help, saying that they were facing the problem of bearings heating up during machine operation and bearings having a short service life.
After communicating with the customer, we found that the customer's current unreasonable selection of bearings and unreasonable design of the lubricating seal structure are the main reasons for the bearings to deform and burn due to heat.
QIBR 22326-E1-JPA-T41A spherical roller bearings are produced for vibration mechanical conditions. They adopt thin oil lubrication and lubrication channels to ensure stable lubrication under vibration and high load conditions.
