1.Precision Measurement Without Deformation:
- Use Precision Instruments and Methods:Measure the mating surfaces of the crossed roller bearing’s inner bore and outer diameter using tools that do not deform the bearing.
- Comprehensive Data Analysis: Measure all relevant dimensions related to the inner and outer diameters, analyze the data thoroughly, and use the results as the basis for determining the fitting dimensions of the shaft and housing.
- Maintain Consistent Measurement Conditions: Ensure that measurements for both the crossed roller bearings and the mating components (shaft and housing) are carried out under the same temperature conditions to avoid thermal expansion errors.
