Lubrication of miniature deep groove ball bearings plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, lifespan, and operational efficiency of the bearings. When selecting a lubricant, it is essential to optimize the choice based on the operating conditions of the bearings (such as speed, load, ambient temperature, humidity, etc.) and specific application scenarios.

1.Bearing Lubricating Oil

Bearing lubricating oil is primarily used for high-speed and low-load miniature deep groove ball bearings. Its characteristics include low viscosity and good fluidity, allowing it to quickly coat the bearing surface and form an effective lubrication film.

2.High-Speed Lubricating Oil

For miniature deep groove ball bearings operating at high speeds, it is important to choose a lubricant with low viscosity and high-speed performance to ensure the bearings function properly and have a longer service life.

3.Bearing Grease

Bearing grease is a semi-solid lubricant composed of base oil, thickener, and additives. Compared to lubricating oil, grease offers greater advantages in certain application scenarios. It offers the following advantages:

I.High Viscosity: Compared to lubricating oil, bearing grease has higher viscosity, enabling it to form a denser lubrication film that provides better lubrication performance and impact resistance.

II.Good Sealing: Bearing grease has high viscosity, allowing it to form an effective seal inside miniature deep groove ball bearings to prevent external contaminants from entering and extend the bearing’s service life.

III.Long-Term Lubrication: Bearing grease has strong adhesion, which allows it to remain on the surface of the miniature deep groove ball bearings for an extended period, providing long-lasting lubrication.

IV.Good Water Resistance: Bearing grease typically has excellent water resistance, enabling it to maintain stable lubrication performance even in humid environments.
