Recently, a batch of customized spindle bearings from QIBR Bearing Co., Ltd. was packaged and shipped to Istanbul, Turkey via air transportation. The order is destined for one of our Turkish customers, a leading local machinery manufacturer.

Through 3D modeling and material analysis, the final solution adopted high-purity GCr15SiMn steel and an angular contact design. Achieving P4 precision and 15% higher limit speed than standard models, it fully meets the customer’s efficiency requirements.

As critical "core components", QIBR’s spindle bearings undergo strict quality control, with full data traceability from raw material selection to finished product testing.

Processes include ultrasonic flaw detection for raw materials, intelligent temperature-controlled quenching, and laser dimension measurement. The shipped bearings passed 120-hour continuous operation tests, maintaining stability under harsh conditions with over 30% longer service life than the customer’s previous suppliers.
