Processing Procedures of Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Remember to wear a mask and wash your hands frequently during the process of Cylindrical Roller Bearing!
Blank forming → Deburring or ring band removal → Soft grinding of raceway surface → Soft grinding of double end faces → Heat treatment → Pre-rough grinding of rolling surface → Rough grinding of double end faces → Post-rough grinding of rolling surface → Final grinding of double end faces → Fine and final grinding of rolling surface → Superfinishing of rolling surface → Cleaning and drying → Final inspection of appearance and dimension sorting → Oiling and packaging.
Processing Procedures of Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Blank forming → Deburring or ring band removal → Soft grinding of raceway surface → Soft grinding of double end faces → Heat treatment → Rough grinding of rolling surface → Fine grinding of rolling surface → Grinding of ball base surface → Final grinding of rolling surface → Superfinishing of rolling surface → Cleaning and drying → Final inspection of appearance and dimension sorting → Oiling and packaging.
Both types of rollers can be manufactured with a crowned generatrix rolling surface.
If the crowning amount is less than 0.005 mm, it can generally be performed directly in the superfinishing process of the rolling surface.
If the crowning amount is greater than 0.005 mm, the crowning is generally ground in the final grinding process of the rolling surface, followed by superfinishing.
Processing Procedures of Needle Rollers
Blank forming → Deburring → Heat treatment → Rough, fine and final grinding of rolling surface → Superfinishing of rolling surface or chip polishing.
For flat-end and tapered-end needle rollers, if the length dimensional tolerance is difficult to guarantee during blank forming, an additional process of grinding double end faces can be added in the rolling surface grinding stage.
If a crowned generatrix rolling surface is required, it can be directly performed in the superfinishing or burnishing process of the rolling surface.
Processing Procedures of Asymmetrical Spherical Rollers
Blank forming → Deburring or ring band removal → Soft grinding of raceway surface → Soft grinding of double end faces → Heat treatment → Grinding of non-spherical end face → Grinding of spherical end face → Rough, fine and final grinding of rolling surface → Polishing → Cleaning and drying → Final inspection of appearance and dimension sorting → Oiling and packaging.
Processing Procedures of Symmetrical Spherical Rollers
Blank forming → Deburring or ring band removal → Soft grinding of raceway surface → Soft grinding of double end faces → Heat treatment → Rough grinding of rolling surface → Rough and final grinding of double end faces → Fine and final grinding of rolling surface → Polishing → Cleaning and drying → Final inspection of appearance and dimension sorting → Oiling and packaging.
If the final grinding process of the rolling surface can meet the surface roughness requirements, the polishing process can be omitted.
