Warm Welcome to Malaysian Clients Visiting QIBR Slewing Bearing Workshop

In April 2019, a client from Malaysia contacted our company QIBR through a friend's introduction. This news excited us, as we had been eager to expand into the Southeast Asian market. To better understand our products and services, we warmly invited the client to visit our slewing bearing workshop that same month.

On the day of the client's visit, our general manager and the slewing bearing factory director personally welcomed them. We arranged a series of tours for the client, providing detailed insights into the company's history, culture, and production processes. In the slewing bearing workshop, the client showed great interest in our production equipment and technical capabilities. We showcased various models of slewing bearings and explained the features and applications of each product. The client highly praised our expertise and product quality, which made us very proud.

After in-depth discussions, the client expressed strong interest in our products and indicated a desire to place a trial order. In May 2019, the client officially placed an order to begin their trial. During this phase, we dedicated ourselves to ensuring that every aspect met the client's expectations. Our team closely monitored quality control throughout production and communicated progress with the client in a timely manner to ensure their satisfaction with the order.

With the successful completion of the trial order, a strong trust relationship was established between both parties. The client not only expressed satisfaction with our product quality but also highly recognized our service attitude. This laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. Since then, the client has placed orders four times a year, creating a stable and long-term partnership that brings us great comfort.

In the following years, our collaboration with Malaysian clients deepened continuously. We not only regularly updated our product line but also improved and innovated based on market demands to meet the growing needs of our clients. At the same time, we actively engaged with client feedback to enhance our service quality. Through this two-way communication, we were able to better understand customer needs and adjust production strategies promptly to adapt to market changes.

During this process, we also recognized the importance of international cooperation. By collaborating with Malaysian clients, we expanded into international markets and enhanced our brand influence. Additionally, this collaboration fostered growth within our team in terms of international business, enabling our employees to communicate more confidently and comfortably with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

To celebrate this successful partnership, we plan to hold some exchange activities in the future to further deepen our friendship with Malaysian clients. These activities will include technical seminars, product exhibitions, and cultural exchanges, allowing both parties to enhance understanding and friendship beyond business cooperation.
