What are the detection methods for abnormal noise of the bearing?
2022-08-16There are two ways to detect abnormal noise of the bearing. One is noise detection and the other is vibration detection.
1.Noise detection.
It is to use a high-quality microphone to extract sound pressure at a certain distance from the bearing in a muffled environment where the base noise is less than 20DB. Then extract the abnormal noise components in it.
2.Vibration detection.
It is to evaluate the abnormal noise of bearing by the measured parameters of bearing vibration signal, such as the peak of the vibration and the crest factor.
